Because our services involve on-site labor, materials, and technician time, refunds are only applicable in specific cases:

  1. Service Not Completed โ€“ If our technician could not complete the scheduled service due to our internal issue or unavailability, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

  2. Duplicate Payment โ€“ If you were accidentally charged twice, weโ€™ll issue a full refund immediately after verification.

  3. Cancellation Before Technician Dispatch โ€“ If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you are eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Services that have already been completed.

  • Issues caused by electrical faults, poor installation by third parties, or defects in unrelated products.
